I can't get onto the web page!
You have to have a 4.0 browser to get onto their web page.

How do I check my messages?
Call your 1-877- number and before your message ends, press pound (#). It will tell you what to do from there.

What is my PIN number?
When you first signed up with ureach, there was a box that you filled out that said to type in a 4-digit number.

I called my number and I got a busy signal (or nothing happened, or you got an operator saying the number you called didn't work)!
Your time ran out. You need to go to the web page and ask for more time. If you can't get to the web page e-mail me with your password and username and I'll go in and ask for more time for you.

How do I ask for more time?
Go to Ureach.com and put in your user name and password. Once you get in you will see in the top right corner there is somthing that says "FAQ". Click on that. When you get there, click on the question that says "What happens when my time runs out? Will I be charged?" and then it will give you a link there to request more time.

I keep getting a message "All circuts are busy". What is that?
Ureach does not have many line outlets because their business has grown to a size larger than they thought it would be. So,when their lines are busy,you get the message "All circuts are busy". You may have to wait 5 minutes, you may have to wait hours, but it has nothing to do with your number specifically.
